Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible verified accounts based on the registered date of birth on file. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Wallet Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited entirely.
You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verified closure request, any remaining Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
